Industrial PainterTrillium is hiring experienced Painter / Blasters for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a busy industrial facility in Houston.Stable hours, overtime potential, and long-term opportunity available. Pay rate is $20–$24/hr DOE (+ $1.50 shift differential 2nd shift).Schedule: -10-hour shifts, Monday–Friday (OT on Saturdays as needed) -1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM -2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM (+$1.50/hr)Responsibilities: -Prep parts and surfaces for painting/blasting -Perform abrasive blasting using industrial equipment -Apply coatings with spray guns and pressure pots -Complete touch-ups and finishing workQualifications: -2+ years of industrial painting/blasting experience -Experience with spray equipment and coatings -Able to work in a fast-paced, physical environment -Ability to pass pre-employment screeningsTrillium has been recruiting and placing clerical and office professionals for over 30 years.
