This role is responsible for preparing parts, operating paint and powder coating equipment, performing color changeovers, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards. This is a great opportunity for candidates with powder coating, industrial painting, paint booth, sandblasting, or manufacturing experience.Responsibilities include preparing metal parts for painting and powder coating, sanding, cleaning, and prepping surfaces prior to coating, hanging and racking parts for the paint process, operating paint booth and powder coating equipment, performing color changeovers and cleaning equipment between runs, inspecting finished products for proper coverage and quality, following work instructions and production schedules, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and supporting production goals while maintaining quality standards.Preferred experience includes paint booth operation, powder coating, industrial painting, sandblasting, surface preparation, manufacturing, metal fabrication, quality inspection, and hand & power tools.What we're looking for includes reliable attendance, attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, manufacturing experience, ability to work safely in a production environment, experience with color changeovers preferred, and experience with sanding, blasting, or paint preparation preferred.Why apply?
